Holder

of an assessment certificate—means a person to whom the certificate is issued under section 37 (subject to sections 41 and 42); or
of a commercial evaluation authorisation—means a person to whom the authorisation is issued under section 58 (subject to sections 60 and 61); or
of an exceptional circumstances authorisation—means a person to whom the authorisation is issued under section 67; or
of an approval for the proper name or end use for an industrial chemical to be treated as confidential business information—a person to whom an approval is given under section 108; or
of an approval for information to be treated as confidential business information in relation to an industrial chemical—a person to whom an approval is given under section 114.
