Chemicals added to the Inventory following issue of assessment certificate (early listing) - 5 March 2024

The following industrial chemicals have been added to the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals in accordance with section 83 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019.

    • 0.01% concentration in leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic products (including non-spray deodorants), hair dye, washing and cleaning household products, polishes and wax blends, and air fresheners (instant action)
    • 0.1% concentration in fine fragrances
    • 0.3% concentration in air fresheners (continuous action)
