What is this about?

We invite public comment on 14 draft evaluation statements which provide safety information about the use, import or manufacture of industrial chemicals. 

Please note, the draft evaluation statement for 2-ethylhexyl phosphates (EVA00126) proposes an Inventory listing variation under Section 86 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019.

The consultation is open until 11.59pm AEST 27 May 2024.
