Statement of Expectation and Statement of Intent published

We've now published the following:

• Assistant Minister Kearney’s Statement of Expectation (SOE) - this clarifies the government's expectations about how AICIS will fulfil its statutory responsibilities
• AICIS Executive Director’s Statement of Intent (SOI) - outlines how AICIS will deliver on the government's expectations.

These statements form part of the Government’s Regulator Performance Guide. It requires the relevant Minister to issue an SOE to all regulators, who must then respond with an SOI.
