Apply to change an existing certificate or authorisation
If you hold a commercial evaluation authorisation, you can apply to cancel or vary your authorisation.
If you hold a commercial evaluation authorisation, you can apply to add or remove an authorisation holder.
A certificate holder can cancel an assessment certificate. If there are any joint certificate holders, all of them must also consent to the cancellation.
You can apply to vary the terms of your assessment certificate. If there are any joint certificate holders, they must provide their consent.
If you are a holder of an assessment certificate you can apply to do this. Consent is required by any joint certificate holders as well as the person you are nominating.
