If you no longer need your registration with AICIS, you can submit 'Advise of Non-renewal' in AICIS Business Services. In this case, we won’t renew your registration for the next registration year. We also won’t send you reminders or otherwise contact you about renewing your registration for the next registration year.
You can tell us if you no longer need to be registered for the next year by completing ‘Advise of Non-renewal’ in AICIS Business Services. There is no fee to do this.
Note: The registration year is 12 months beginning 1 September each year.
When you submit 'Advise of Non-renewal', your current registration remains active until the start of the next registration year.
There are several reasons we accept for non-renewal of your registration. They are:
Step 1: Log in to your AICIS Business Services account with your user name and password.
Step 2: On the landing page, look for the label of the future registration year. Click on the button labelled ‘Advise of Non-renewal’ under ‘Register Now’.
Note: A business can submit ‘Advise of Non-renewal’ at any time during their current registration year.
Step 3: You’ll now have the option of selecting a reason for non-renewal. They are:
If you selected ‘Sold the business’, you’ll need to provide the details of who you sold your business to. You must provide the new owner’s:
Step 4: Complete the declaration box, including adding your name and business position.
Step 5: Select ‘Submit’. You’ll see the message ‘Your application has been submitted successfully’. Your business status will show ‘Non-Renewal’.
Step 6: Once you successfully submit 'Advise of Non-renewal', you’ll receive an email confirming that we won’t send you reminder/communication to renew your registration for the next year.
