Change registration level

We understand that your introduction values may change from time to time. If this happens, you can change your registration level through AICIS Business Services.

Steps to change your registration level

Step 1: Log in to your AICIS Business Services account with your user name and password.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Registration’ tab and then click on the ‘Change registration level’ button next to the relevant registration year.

Step 3: Enter your revised introduction values (numbers only) and click on ‘Calculate total’. Confirm the information and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 4: If there is an upgrade to your registration level, the system will generate a new invoice.

If there is a downgrade to your registration level, we will receive a downgrade request. If we approve it, you will receive a refund for the difference in the registration charge.

(If you don’t wish to proceed, click on ‘Cancel’ to return to the registration dashboard.)

Step 5: Go to the ‘Payments’ tab. If you want to pay your registration fee by credit card, use the ‘Pay’ button. If you want to download your invoice and get the details for other forms of payment, use the ‘Download’ button.

Change your business registration level now at AICIS Business Services.
