Listing on the inventory

How to apply to add your chemical to the Inventory before the 5-year non-listing period expires.

If you can't introduce a listed chemical within the terms of its Inventory listing or under the exempted or reported categories, you must ask us to vary the terms of that listing if you want to introduce it.

If your chemical is due to be added to the Inventory, you can apply for confidentiality.

You can apply for early variation of an Inventory listed chemical while your certificate is still in force for the same chemical.
